The following rules are the agreement between the Administration of Lloyd’s Maritime Institute and the users of the website (the Site), who use information and services offered through the site according to the rules of agreement. 1. How can I purchase a seminar?

  • To buy one of our courses you need to contact institute@lloydmaritime.com.

2. Discounts and vouchers Standard discounts apply depending on the enrollment deadline(s) scheduled by the institute.


3.Can I / my company buy group packages for specific courses?

  • Yes, note that a single user account is given for a single purchase. If you wish to have a group of user accounts we can offer you a package according to your company's needs. Pricing and discounts depend on the number of user accounts created.

4.What are the payment methods used?

  • PayPal: allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: PayPal balance, bank account, PayPal branded debit and credit cards, PayPal Credit, debit card, and credit card. Because your protection against undelivered or defective goods will vary with each method, you should review this page to understand how you can select a payment method and how protection differs depending on your payment method. 5.How long after my payment do I get access to the course?

  • As soon as Lloyd’s Maritime Institute confirms the payment, you will receive an enrollment certificate and the course handbook, once you confirm the receipt of these documents; the education department will contact you to guide you through your training.


6. How can I access the course after confirmed payment?

  • To access the course you will use the details during your online registration in the E-platform.


7. How much time to answer your email?

  • The Education team will respond to your emails within 2 to 3 days, so please ensure you have received a delivery receipt.
  • Our office will remain closed on the week-ends.

8. Are prices inclusive of VATS?

  • Yes, VAT is included in the price shown for each course.
