Currently a Board Member, she is driving the Cluster’s agenda on sustainable maritime development, digital transformation, and maritime education. Her work extends beyond the Cluster. As CEO of Saaresalu, she supports Estonian exporters with business development and funding. As a former Lecturer and Research Expert at TalTech, she specialized in maritime policy and enterprise financing, sharing her knowledge with future maritime leaders.
