Who is Arsenio Dominguez ?

Mr. Dominguez holds a Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture from Veracruzana University, Mexico, and an MBA from the University of Hull, UK. His career began in 1996 as a port engineer and later as Drydock Assistant Manager at Braswell Shipyard. In 1998, he joined the Panama Maritime Authority, where he served in various roles, including Head of the Regional Technical Office for Europe and Northern Africa, and later as Panama’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to IMO.

Who is Captain Thomas Lindegaard Madsen ?

Captain Madsen began his maritime journey in 1992 as a Cadet at Lauritzen Reefers. In 2002, he joined Maersk, where he has served for two decades. His career includes pivotal roles such as Captain and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the acclaimed Maersk Line, Limited - DNV ShipManager Project, contributing to operational improvements. Captain Madsen has led significant newbuilding programs, including the Edith Maersk and Triple E-class Madrid Maersk. Currently, he commands the ice-class container vessel Venta Maersk, navigating challenging waters.
