He takes care of follow-up of observations and comments after inspections and maintain fleet safety KPI to match client's expectations.

Dr. Al Adwani specialises in advising clients on disputes in shipping, international trade, commodities, marine insurance, ships building and dry docking, marine operation and chartering, ships sales, carriage of goods by sea, air and land, and IP. He was appointed by the IMO as a team leader to assist several countries in reforming their commercial and maritime laws. Also, he is a former IMO Maritime Ambassador. Dr. Aladwani consulted governments on matters related to law of the sea. He has drafted the National SAR Plan of Kuwait and wrote several publications (books, articles, and conference papers) on common law, carriage of goods, maritime law, law of the sea, admiralty law, rules of engagement, and IP law. He has several years of seagoing experience.

Currently serving as Terminal Manager at Milangaz, he oversees terminal operations with a strong focus on fire safety, operational reliability, and compliance with international standards. Onur has worked as Terminal Operations Engineer, Production Engineer, and Mechanical Project Engineer, gaining extensive technical and leadership skills in handling high-risk industrial environments. His academic background includes a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (Akdeniz University) and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering (Mustafa Kemal University). He has also contributed as a part-time lecturer and authored several publications on LPG handling, fire safety, tank inspections, and predictive maintenance with thermal imaging techniques. Recognized for his problem-solving ability and commitment to safety, he continues to provide expertise in LPG operations and terminal management.

Allain was in charge of handling intensive repairs, conversions, and modification of Merchant and Offshore vessel Projects. Assisting most shipowners' representatives for the mandatory compliance of the Class and Statutory requirements,during occasional, annual, and renewal periodical shipboard surveys and audits. And Ensuring vessels are complying to the class and statutory regulations before endorsing and issuance of the relevant trading certificates.
